CFW AW21 Round Up

As an admirer of Nordic fashion, I was excitedly awaiting this years Autumn Winter 2021 Copenhagen Fashion week (CFW). Danish fashion houses like Stine Goya, Ganni and Baum und Pferdgarten are a big inspiration for me in terms of colour combinations, prints and styling. I was interested to see how the events of 2020 had an impact on the collections this year, some designers noted optimism and fantasy as inspiration while others shot campaign videos on phones in homes and on empty streets.

Below is a round up of print and colour trends as well as inspiring colour combinations and patterns.

Copenhagen fashion week really inspired me this year! I am looking forward to exploring these colour trends and colour combinations in my work. I really want to explore marbling and paisley patterns too. The ideas are coming and I am excited to see what comes next.
